Individual, Family, and Play Therapy are each available depending on your needs.

I am currently in-network with Carelon, Aetna, Cigna and Optum insurance plans. For those paying out of pocket, monthly superbills are provided to submit to out-of-network insurances and sliding-scale options are available as needed.

In short, Mosaic Hearts represents the many pieces that make up the whole of who we are. My hope is for clients to re-discover, mend, and make peace with their many parts, and walk away with a renewed sense of wholeness. As both a family therapist and faithful Catholic, I approach therapy from a strengths-based systemic perspective, accepting and exploring together the unique ways God is working in your life.
